James Landwehr
President
Jim is the President of Interim HealthCare of Lake Superior and was the owner for 14 years. As President, Jim brings years of experience and expertise to management and strategic growth and looks forward to improving the overall business performance. He is proud and humbled by the work every member of the Interim Team performs each day, and the meaningful impact it has on so many lives within our community.
Jim and his wife, Nancy, have a daughter, son-in-law, and grandson whom they enjoy spending time with. Jim is a fan of Harley's, fast cars, and travel.

Diane Smith
Executive Director
Diane has worked at Interim HealthCare in the homecare industry for over 26 years. She began her career as a Human Resources consultant and was eventually promoted to Executive Director/Administrator.
Her background is in Management, Human Resources, Team Leadership and Strategic Planning.
Diane is passionate about creating a successful team for improving the lives of clients and employees by upholding core values through quality clinical care and customer service.
In her free time, Diane enjoys her daughters, sons-in-law and three grandchildren. She loves lake-life, music, and travel.

Bobbie Jo Taylor
Admissions Coordinator
Bobbie Jo began her career at Interim Healthcare as a Home Health Aide 23 years ago before moving into scheduling for employees and clients. She has held her current position as Admissions Coordinator for 15 years.
Bobbie Jo has a passion for providing quality care and compassion to our clients. She welcomes and guides clients through the process of initiating home care services to assure they have a successful clinical care experience with professional and caring staff.
In her spare time, Bobbie Jo enjoys time with her family, crocheting, church activities and volunteering for community causes.
